Carpentry
Many
of the interior components are built in the wood shop
and then installed in the boat once they are pretty much
complete. Components are CAD drawn, computer cut
and hand assembled. When we went to have a look at
our boat on February 25, 2005, almost the entire
interior was sitting on the shop floor. The guys
and gals who had put it all together were there to show
us their work. Pretty cool.
To the
right is our companionway! Dorsey opens the steps
and peers in where the motor will eventually be located.

Meet Dianne. |
|
Dianne has done just about everything at Sabre. We were lucky to have her building a lot of our interior. Here she is with our V-berth standing upright in the background. |

Would you believe that's our port settee, standing on it's head? |
