Post-Race Fun in
Bermuda!
Post-race activities in
Bermuda are based at the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club,
where Esmeralde had a berth alongside about 120
other boats. There are a total of about 215 boats
in the race, and those not at RBYC were at the Royal
Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club, the Hamilton Princess, and
a few other spots in the harbor.
Here EMSERALDE is
sitting at her berth, completely tricked out in her
cruising gear with the desperately needed bimini in
place to help save us from the hot sun.
